Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, donation amount and payment references to process your donation and issue your Donation Appreciation Certificate. We never collect or store card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or banking passwords; payments are handled by Razorpay.

Donor records are stored in an access-controlled database and are not public. We use your email for marketing only if you tick the optional box. If you accept analytics, Meta Pixel measures visits and donations; hashed email may be sent to Meta only with your consent.

Terms and Conditions

Donations are voluntary contributions to The Health Boost for its child meal program. A Donation Appreciation Certificate is a token of thanks, not a tax receipt, and no tax benefit is implied. Donations are used as described in our mission and transparency sections. [Add governing law and any other terms.]

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable once confirmed. If you were charged in error or twice, contact dorisgracefoundation@gmail.com within 7 days with your DON- reference and we will review it. Failed or cancelled payments produce no certificate; amounts debited for failed payments are normally returned by your bank or payment provider.
